What are your rates?
Our rates use a dynamic pricing system, meaning prices may vary depending on season, demand, length of stay, and how far in advance you book. Some dates—such as long weekends—may carry premium pricing, while quieter periods or early bookings may see reduced rates (often even cheaper than previous management!) Extended stays may also qualify for automatic discounts. The most accurate rates will always appear on our booking platform here. For occasional sneak-peek offers and limited promotions, be sure to follow along on our social media channels.

Do you allow pets?
Yes - pets are very welcome here! We allow up to 2 pets per site. Pet fees are $20/pet per night in our cabins & chalets, and no charge for campsites. Pets must remain on leash and under control at all times within the campground, and all waste must be picked up. We also have a designated off-leash dog walk trail.
What's the difference between 30AMP and 15AMP sites?
Most of our RV sites are wired for 30AMP service, and the type of power available at each site is listed in the site name. Standard household plugs (like those used for phone chargers, string lights, or small appliances) are 15AMP and won't fit a 30AMP outlet directly. If you're tenting on a 30AMP site and need to plug in regular accessories, a 30-to-15AMP adapter is required - these are available for rent at Gold Panner Apothecary.
Do you allow single-night cabin bookings?
Yes! We allow one-night bookings of all of our cabins and chalets. A Single-Night Cleaning Fee applies. Book two or more nights and this fee doesn't apply.
Why can't I bring outside firewood?
Campgrounds restrict outside firewood primarily to prevent the spread of invasive pests and diseases, which can destroy local forests. Moving firewood can transport hidden insect eggs, larvae, or fungi, leading to severe ecological damage. We have regional firewood available for purchase to help protect the health & safety of this beautiful temperate rainforest we call home.
Are propane fire pits available to rent during fire bans?
Yes! We rent propane fire pits at the Apothecary so that you can still enjoy that campfire ambience, even during a campfire ban (or year-round whenever you want to enjoy a fire without the hassle of chopping wood!) Propane fire pits are currently permitted during the fire ban, however always be sure to check the up-to-date provincial information online to ensure you are compliant.
Do you allow ATVs on site?
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests: ATVs, dirt bikes, side-by-sides (UTVs), mini bikes, and other off-road or recreational motorized vehicles are not permitted within the campground. Only Class 1 e-bikes (pedal-assist only, with no throttle) are permitted. All bicycles and e-bikes must be operated safely, at a reasonable speed, and with consideration for pedestrians and other guests.
When are full services available?
Water service (including wash house) start up & end dates are temperature dependent, but typically full services are available from May long weekend through Thanksgiving weekend. Dry camping is available year round at an automatically discounted rate.
Is there wi-fi at the campground?
We are working to get wi-fi available across the campground, but for now, free wi-fi is available at the Gold Panner Apothecary in the front office. Telus network gets great reception throughout most of the property.
Do you have an RV dump station?
Yes! The RV dump station is free for registered campers or $15 for those just passing through.
Are there showers and flush toilets?
Yes! We have one small wash house with flush toilets and coin-operated showers. Wash house is available seasonally (approx. May long weekend through Thanksgiving) and is unavailable during winter dry camping months.
